Muninder Raja Arram is a results-oriented leader with over 22 years of global experience in product and engineering, with 17 years in the USA and 5 years in India. He is an inspirational and servant leader with a track record of building and leading high-performing, passionate, and cross-functional teams. His expertise lies in building cloud-native solutions using microservice architecture leveraging cloud platforms, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, CRM (Salesforce), e-commerce, B2B, systems management, firmware development, Agile methodology, test-driven development, behavioral-driven design, and DevOps. He has filed five patents with USPTO, with three approved and two pending. Currently, Muninder is the Director of Product Management at Dell Technologies. He is driving digital transformation initiatives for XaaS and supply chain management organizations across the globe. He is responsible for achieving digital maturity from project to product model, product taxonomy, including OGSM/V2MOM for their product and program offerings. He is also responsible for global trade and logistics, building compliance rules and products to ensure Dell saves millions of dollars on compliance. Muninder has worked with stakeholders to devise program scope, vision, outcome-based roadmaps, charters, and business and user KPIs. He has directed team members to conduct user research, JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) for content management and delivery enabling upskilling/reskilling through an internal training platform. He has also partnered with engineering, infrastructure, supply chain management, and databases to devise product taxonomy for their domains. Prior to Dell, Muninder was the Senior Manager of Product/Program Management at Dell. He was a member of the leadership team reporting to the Vice President (DCS Architecture team). He drove intellectual property (patents) generation for Dell Commerce Services organization and was a member of the architecture team driving transformation across the organization enabling teams to move from on-premise to cloud. He was the leader, program, and product management team for Dell Commerce Platform. He was responsible for the delivery of multimillion-dollar programs leveraging DCP that enabled a cohesive branded experience across Consumer, Premier, Solutions, eSupport, and Offline Sales. He also founded a startup catering to Salesforce ecosystem-based customers, where he developed a SaaS solution for Geo tagging solution to increase field productivity.
